21 pounds in 6 weeks!

Hey! Don't you dare keep skipping breakfast! Eat an apple or something. Obviously don't eat the fatty American breakfast with sausages and pancakes but a healthy sub and a fruit. Believe it or not it may speed up your process!

Congratulations by the way, keep it up! I know how good you feel.

I do agree with the not skipping breakfast part because it is the most important meal of the day. But not with the calling a pancake + sausage breakfast a "fatty American breakfast".

Breakfast Sausage Nutrition Facts
Those nutrition facts are for one serving, and one serving is usually about 2-3 sausages.
When I used to eat them I'd eat 4-5. That is extremely unhealthy and very fattening. A healthy breakfast is important and those little sausage links.. those tiny little things. Are not important.

Sounds like hard work, not to brag but I eat 4+ meals a day and stay a solid 200 pounds, I'm 6 foot 5 though and not fat at all, somehow have muscle even though I have not worked out for a year.

Anyways not a bad accomplishment, do you need to lose any more or are you at a comfortable weight now?

What goal is he trying to reach? He was posting an accomplishment I thought or did I miss something. He lost 21 lbs. in 6 weeks which I see that being great process.
