First off, his coding practice are horrible. He's an ass and can't take criticism for anything.... he shouldn't be helping other member until he learns the correct way to do things himself.

I mean this in the best way possible, but I do agree with Koby. His replies to my help didn't make any sense, for example look at this:

Lots of strings to load, i'd reccomend that you would re-edit that code and disable the combobox1 until the end of the code and re-enable it to prevent crashes, pretty genius idea.

I don't think he should be kicked or anything, and frankly it isn't my choice, but I don't think he should be representing the coders and having replies like that. It shows unprofessional habits, which the coders shouldn't be doing. There is nothing wrong with him being in the group and learning, but he shouldn't be making responses like the quote I have above. Though this is just a suggestion as always.
