I don't think you would be able to use that, he's already set what you're allowed to use for text in terms of useable colors. That wouldn't meet the requirements.

Also try to keep the clean look of the user bars and instead of "SF Coders", not just just "Coders". Ask a graphics person, maybe they'll be able to help.
