I use T-mobile, mobile internet and my phone as my modem. 150kbs speed, slow but it gets the job done. I will be getting a "proper" ISP soon though.

The ONLY ISP in my area is Charter Communications. Personally, I think they are a bit below average.

3mbps down (only like 1mbps)
.27 mbps up (terrible)

How do you guys feel about my terrible connection.

I'm currently using Embarq, but I usually have RoadRunner HighSpeed.

Neither one is very fast, imo.
I've got like 640 ping atm.
