Started training alot, should I eat more?
#21
Depending on how tall you are, you seem to be reasonably underweight. I'm twice your weight haha. Anyway, it's completely okay to eat more if you're skinny/underweight, especially if you are working out or training often. The key is to eat healthy though. Try having a fruit or two before a workout too, it's great for increasing your energy; it's like a natural energy drink to get you ready for your workout!

Good luck.
One day, your life will flash before your eyes. Make sure it's worth watching.

If you are going to eat a lot more, eat a lot of protein and drink a lot of water. Try avoiding sugary drinks and candy.

You need to know your calories and macronutrients first. From there, you can either cut(lose weight/bodyfat) or bulk(literally get big).

Get some more meat and proteins into your diet. That should help you gain some.

Eat some healthy snacks and food as you'll use up a lot of energy training doing your boxing etc.
