I eat....

Dear SF, I'm Canadian French, sorry for my English.

So, I eat alot. It's like a drug for me. I don't take drugs, I don't drink alcohol, neither beer. The only thing that I'm addicted to, is eating. But instead of being fat, I have some acne. Not really severe but it depend on what I eat. If I eat like a pork, then like 2-3 days later I'll have more acne.

Do you have any tips to help me having less acne and helping me eat less?

I actually do the following: Don't touch my face, drink water, eat fruits and vegetables. But, I cannot resist to the taste of the good chocolate or anything which is bad for my face.

Please, help me! Sad

When you say your addicted do you mean you eat constantly?

If you aren't fat it sounds like you don't have that big of a problem

I eat everytime but I don't get fat, I get acne... Sad

Like: Breakfast, eat, lunch, eat, eat, dinner, eat alot before going to sleep.

Do you use skin cleaning products like proactive or any of the other ones? If not you should definitely try one out because they help alot.

Yes I ahve one but I don't really use it, but since you say it works, I'll use it way more.

Achne comes from greece in the foods, so try cutting down on the fat you eat. Eat fruits alot and keep your skin clean and your pores open, the achne will reduce.

If you are addicted to eating and your eating habits seem to be connected with your acne, eat healthier foods. If you find some food you like that is also healthy, eat that instead.
And acne cream doesn't hurt either ;)

You can see a specialist if it really bothers you, however, I would try using cleansing products for acne first. Make sure to read the instructions and follow it.

If you arn't fat then there isn't really a problem.
Eating is good for your body. Maybe you are just going through puberty right now.
Usually when you're going through puberty people eat a lot.
If you think it is a problem though you should talk to your parents and see if they will bring you to a specialist in that sort of thing.
Also for acne there are ways to get rid of it like Proactive and stuff like that.

I agree with Josh there, but another possible explanation for your acne is the type of food you're eating. Maybe you can avoid oily foods like french fries, fried chicken, fish n' chips etc.
