Started training alot, should I eat more?
#1
I'm currently 15 years old, and I weight about 60 kilo.
I think it's around 100 pounds.

It's pretty average, though I'm a little skinny.

So I just started to train alot.
Boxing once a week, Basket once a week, weight lifting 3 times a week.

Would it be healthier for me, if I started eating a little more, than I already do?

As said, I'm pretty skinny.
I don't want to become fat neither.

Since you're already skinny I would reccomend adding a protein shake into your daily routine, before and after any physical activity, they're relatively cheap (30 dollars for a tub of about 30 shakes, depending on brand of course). Get one of the "heavier" ones (that actually has some fat in it) as fat is needed to gain weight.

If your skinny right now, then I'm sure eating more than normal wouldn't make you fat. If your working out then I suggest eating alot of protein, such as meat and eggs. This will help you get a solid body, and will greatly help build muscle.

Like Swat said, protein shakes can be a huge help. My dad makes smoothies on a daily basis with protein powder in them, and I know that it's a great choice.

Hmm, I really don't know, but I know it's okay for you to have.

If your not allowed to buy it, I'm sure your parents could help you out if your serious about it.

Throw some additional meat and proteins into your diet, it'll help a lot!

Yep, that could be an option.

- Thanks guys, will try to eat a little more Smile.
I'm really aiming, to build some muscles, and hopefully, 3 times in the gym a week will do it!

If you're going to eat, make sure it's healthy. You don't want to eat fatty foods while working out. Tongue

Try eating proteins, meat, fish, and carbohydrates. What I do is eat after workouts (carbohydrates) to help recover the muscles that are broken down from my workout.
