Theres no big secret on losing weight. Just eat right & exercise. Go out, do some high knee runs & hit up the gym. Make a daily schedule for yourself along with a diet plan.
No fast food, & no liquid drink besides water. Keep that in mind.

Eat healthier, and a bit less. Watch your calorie intake and eat nothing fatty.

This also means the calories you take in. yoga will also help to raise your metabolism and this is what is needed to help you to loose weight.

Doesn't jumping rope BURN fat? I think you should start lifting weights and doing curls, deadlifts that sort. I think it burns fat while building muscle.

Running is the best exercises because it helps you burn the calories,
Just in 30 minutes a person can easily burn 300 calories,
Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes....

What is your diet plan? Do take raw food more in your diet meals and drink plenty of water and 2/3 cups of green tea daily. Avoid beverages, soda and diet soda.
