I feel you man. Just make sure you tweak the voltage just slightly. Until you see/hear any signs of your computer not being stable, switch back to the previous setting.

You should consider going into more detail and/or discussing OCing other hardware like garphics cards.
It'll probably be really long but you could just have a quick version/summary at the beginning.
