Some stuff at Pizza Hut is loaded with trans fat. Again, I have fast food sometimes, including Pizza Hut, but I wouldn't go overboard. Subway is awesome too.

I eat whatever I want without regard to any sort of diet, that will change once my metabolism slows but that doesn't seem to be happening any time soon.

That said I would still rather have a nice steak and some potatoes than any fast food.
