@OP, Tell me what your workouts were when you first started. I have some dumbells and my arms are looking like that first pic right now.
Do the things you see below, its exactly what I did.

I have been working on my chest and back lately, so I'll post a side-picture once I get time today!
I'm glad I have at least done this without visiting the gym or getting supplements.
But my genes helped a lot with this.
