You need to smile, and I love your eyes, but I hate drawing them so I used your eyes and added a small blur effect.

That's pretty need, not the best tho. But still pretty great.
It looks like you used used corel and hit the "Trace" button. :3

I have Corel at my school.
From my experience it is the slowest damn product in the world.
But what can I say, school computers are shitty!
