One of the easiest ways to lose weight is having a full night of sleep, 8 hours at the least and you will lose weight. You burn calories when you sleep, when you sleep you are not eating for a longer time than any other part of the day. Feel free to look at your stomach before you go to sleep and you will notice it will shrink when you wake up. Sometimes I sleep for up to 12 hours and i can notice the results. I am not saying you can rely on it but a full nights sleep along with a day of healthy meals and exercise and you will lose weight very easily.

Do lots of cardio, and eat plenty of good foods, diet is definitely important.

You don't have to lose it all before school, continue what people have said during school and you will feel better about yourself.

Try to run a couple miles each day and lift weights
and you will be on your way to success in no time !

You can drink pure vegetable and fruit juice.
I saw a documentary and someone did this for 6 weeks and lost over 10 pounds a week.

Go to the park and run, drink V8, and eat a lot of vegetables.
