The Blackberry outage in which emails, BBM and calls did not go through kinda killed the entire device.
The iPhone can also be jailbroken with themes, tweaks, amazing apps and MOAR! >Big GrinDDD

I honestly prefer the iPhone, I've had one for ages, + the app store is awesome, can't say too much about Black Berry though, never used one.
