I would get LED over plasma. Plasma is way to much for the quality you get.

As previously posted I would go with LED because you won't get screenburn. Also LED tv's usually have a fast response time. Which is a major factor to online gaming because if other people have fast responce time then you they have they upper hand ;) being that they see things a split second before you would

Plasmas don't last that long I've heard and LCD is newer technology.

Plasma doesn't go well with gaming consoles. I heard it fucks up the TV.

Go with LED.

Plasma if much clearer when you get to bigger sizes, IE 48"+, The picture quality always remain the same.
Might be a little more expensive. But you get what you pay for.

Plasma is overpriced in my opinion.. It's just not worth the bang for your bucks.
