I just got a GBA emulator and got an edited version of Ruby with Sinnoh pokemon, different storyline, etc.

Probably gameboy just because its a portable console, but if i had to pick a non portable one it would be xbox

Using it for emulators makes not a console because you're playing games from other consoles. imo.

If you are referring to actual pc games then it works.
