That's stupid honestly, that would ruin the point of the forums. That is what the forum is made for. Making a group for that is pointless lol.

How would it ruin the forums? Making a group based on the point of the forums would make it better, would it not?

When someone wants support and they don't want to post it publicly, they can go to someone from the support group and ask them.

Maybe, I see where you are coming from. I really didn't mean it would ruin the forums, but like it's hard to explain from what I am trying to say.
