You're thinking of a tethered jailbreak. That's only if you're on version 4.3.4 or 4.3.5.

Does it mean I have to rejailbreak if the Battery is dead. Like 0% and turns off.

Same thing as it being shut off. It has to be booted tethered.

I think it's worth it, there's a very minimal chance you'll brick it. Ive done a lot of experimenting and I've never broken an iPod or iPhone.

I'm jailbreaking all iPhones that I've got. I don't want to spend money on a product which cost a alot to buy, doesn't make any sense to me.
