Windows Movie maker can do all the editing stuff, but i am not sure about the water marks.... i am sure you could fine a way to do it though.

Sony Vegas is a good suite, it is kinda hard to use a first. I have used it before, and it's good.

Never used Adobe After effects though... but i am sure it's good.

That's what I thought before taking the time to go and look at the page,
which I am wondering if you did that, because it is not leading to some dodgy warez site, but it leads to the official version,
at the adobe site, where it is available for $999 for I believe.
It seems that you can also download a trial for it as well, which will presumably be save restricted or limited in some way.

I think that whoever looked into it, would have probably seen that this was not really a warez link at all.

Windows Movie Maker is okay for putting together quick and simple
projects, but it is a little limited really and if you want a more sophisticated application, then you will probably have to pay for one.

you can get it for free at http://www.virtualdub.org/
I also have avidemux which is free too.
