Sounds risky, just because if you do get traffic, some of it consists of people with bad intentions. But I do see how you can make some money from it.

Illegal...mm...technically not. However it's going to be against the TOS of most hosts and ISPs to run this type of thing. You can get your URL blacklisted and added to spam lists quickly. Xrumer is something you should really experiment with throwaway domains first.

It seems very tempting but at the same time i'm afraid to get blacklisted...
