You still run AVG and McAfee next to each other? Otherwise remove the lines from AVG. Also this one looks weird C:\PROGRA~2\MICROS~1\Office12\WINWORD.EXE . On the other hand, it could be a false positive given off by McAfee. Can you look into the bandwith graph of your computer to see if there is a abnormal amount of traffic going out?

i disabled AVG.. didn't help.
