This is common problem of most of the users that computer does not boot. In some cases Windows does not load properly.
Make sure that all the power cables and other cables are properly connected. To be sure, un-plug the power cable and plug it again. When checking is done, try to power on the computer.
If the computer is still not starting then observe if there are any beeps from the computer. If no, then there is some problem either with RAM or some other related stuff.
