Binge Eating.

I am currently struggling to keep healthy and It's hard. I want to
get this sh*t figured out before I become over-weight. I am 15 years old,
I am 116lbs and I have a binge eating problem that I have just developed, it seems. Over the last few weeks, I'd have my regular
3 meals a day and I'd have this urge, to eat. So I do, it makes me
really upset because I can't control it really well. For example,
I just had 2 massive bowls of chips and a liter of pop randomly or
yesterday, I had a box of oreos and a ton of milk. I freakin hate myself
for doing this, I don't want to do this
. Help, please D: I have no
idea how to stop.

Are you serious, 116lbs? Isn't that 52kg? How the hell can that be alot for you, as a 15year old?

50kg? or 50lbs? That's probably why they were making fun of you

I know 17 year olds that only weigh 65+. Your weight is average for your age.
I always binge eat and due to my high metabolism I don't gain excess unwanted weight.

If it's true and you weigh 52kg, that's normal lol! I also used to eat heaps of crap because I felt like it, didn't gain weight.
