I can tell you did it in Photoshop because the lines are LQ. You should vector the lines in Illustrator, because the design is actually quite good.

I hardly ever use illustrator, I would need to follow a tutorial or something or at least get someone else to try vectoring it for me

Edit: My Adobe Illustrator won't open for some reason, I might need to reinstall it

Illustrator is nothing like photoshop lol, I can't do it in Illustrator...
