Should I Start Ruby?

Just go with some tutorials, start with the basics, and experiment with the different functions yourself so that you get your own understanding of them. It's the best way to learn, than just to read about it.

Learn about something, then try and troubleshoot it into the code yourself. Then when you go back and learn more about it, you might learn what you were doing wrong, and you'll retain the information a lot better.
Ruby is a good language to know, because once you know it it comes in handy.
I recommend you start C# or HTML or PHP first because not much people really codes ruby but its up to you on this one.
I feel like a newbie right now because i've never heard about Ruby is that really a language? but then i don't know it's your choice i guess.
