Wanna start working out

Well, I calculated how many calories I burn per a day, it says 3000 :O. Guess I'll have to double my meals to gain weight lol.

Holy crap...3,000? Are you running 100 miles a day or something? O.o That can't be actually accurate, especially if you are using some device.

3,000 isn't too terribly much, mine is 3,500 and that's just maintenance, 4,000 to bulk.

If you buy your own food it won't be cheap but it's worth it.

Lol, idk if it's accurate but this is what I do during the day:

5 hours of sleep
6-8 hours of PC
1 hour working out/running
2-3 hours of playing basketball/soccer with my friends
1-2 hour of walking/riding a bike (going out to the city with a friend)

This is what I do during the day :
5 hours - school
1 hour - extra classes
1 hour - Homework
3-4 hour - computer
Rest I sleep, eat and other random things.

I really need to take time out and workout though Sad(

Since one month I've been working out too, don't forget to eat healthly. ;)

I workout everyday and I love it !
I workout at home for like 30min a day
and it looks good for the ladies to aswell as
a nice and healthy lifestyle Smile

I never understood how running helped you. I have good stamina but I prefer situps and pushups and lifting small 10 pound weights.

I workout to, I have the shakeweight and do situps and run on the tredmil daily.
