Are you sleep deprived?

At the moment yes. I’m mildly run down, pretty tired, got a little drunk last night, and am laying on my bed on SF. Haha. Thats sleep deprivation in a comfortable manor.

Trying to fix my sleep schedule by staying up all day tomorrow lol. Waking up at like 7 PM sucks lmao.

Yeah, I fudged up my sleep over the summer. I play xbox until 7am, then sleep til 5:30pm, just in time for dinner.

This is my method of fixing my sleep schedules when it gets out of whack, I just sleep as much as a I can, then stay up for about 24hours, and then go to bed at around 9-11pm, And then I wake up around 9am the next day.

But in general I am very sleep deprived, its something I really need to work on.

Not deprived but I have very extreme sleeping schedules. Sleep at 3-6am, wake up at 12-1 .

If your sleep deprived and keep waking up, there is something you can take its called Melatonin its not a drug. Its what your body produces naturally. I would try that and see how you feel I bet it would help.
