lol just stay fit and healthy, and watch what you eat.
Do some sit up's dont start with alot just do a 3 sets of like 15 or 20 and move up once u feel like u can u never want to push ur limit.
Also u can torrent p90x they have an AB workout on there that works pretty well

As almost everyone has already said eat healthy, stay active and do physical activity. It might also not hurt to do some crunches and sit ups in your spare time. It depends on how badly you want them lol. I normally like to try and do a few sets of situps before I go to bed.
