You do release Linux itself is a Kernel, and that it to can get viruses. It's that the majority of people use Windows so their infected more than Linux Operating Systems. If Ubuntu becomes big and everyone starts to use it, it'll get viruses.

There are also anti-viruses for Linux.

Correct. I find it funny why some people use Linux only because "it doesn't get viruses", instead of using it for its potential.

After seeing this thread, i changed from Comodo AV PRO to Avira Av + Comodo firewall.

Looks like we have fans. Those programs work great, especially if you know how to configure the firewall properly.

Good to see Avira just got one more user. After I've used Avira I never changed to another AV!

Yeah it's awesome, i've had it for a decent amount of time and have no complaints.
