Agreed with above ^^ This really isn't the place for this sort of stuff.

Hacking yourself may require some hardware maintenance, depending on the security measures involved with the PS2. Flashing it shouldn't be too hard.

You could always torrent plenty of .isos, not to mention you could mount them and play on your PC as emulations, just requires a well-built computer.
