This is bye far a great thread.
I work hard labor but i been running at least a mile 5 days a week for 4 months.
I do 3 sets of pullups a day and have noticed some changes.Makes me feel good.

Additional info: I quit smoking a month and a half ago. I really hope I'll gain additional 2-3kgs.

Additional info: I need to bulk up for football this summer. After 3 months, I gained 10 pounds. Perfect weight for me so I'm still fast.
