I've been doing it for a month but stopped because of school and trainings.I enjoyed every minute of it and really like that way of workout.
One thing why I also stopped is I don't have pull up bar yet and I hate doing that thing with bands.I'll be fully back to it at summer vacation.
I'm also working out every day but not P90X program.I've come to a really good strenght so far.I can do perfect planches.
