Update: I've visited the doctor, and they reffered me to a knee specialist.
He thinks its my tibia band or something (idk what that is)

Be very careful with your knee man. Thats the worst injury you could get and once that goes, forget about doing sports.

Consult a doctor, or at least go to a Physical or Occupational Therapist. My advice is, avoid foods which are high in Uric acid like nuts or peanuts.

Perhaps your getting taller see when you grow you'll have growing pains in your legs first then your arms .
