You can't even compare PC to consoles, really.

Modification, server browsers, mouse and keys, better community..

360/PS3? 360. Simply cause of the Kinect and I've just preferred Xbox since it was released back in 2001.

A gaming PC always comes first for me. A console comes second. I think you should always have a gaming PC and console, for example even an i5 at 3.2 with a decent GPU, and a PS3 as well should be fine.
