It's really chaotic, altough maybe that's what you intended.

The key is to keep practicing and experimenting. Try reading some tutorials and get to know all the tools in your software.

Yeah i was kinda going for chaotic. Maybe not as much as it turned out but i still think it came out ok for my first work of computer art. And ive been trying to follow tutorials but i have no clue what most of them are talking about lol. So they never turn out like the examples in the tutorials. Do you have any suggestions on where to start?

Yes, find a very basic tutorial so you can get to know all the tools available, once you get that covered, you'll understand more advanced tutorials. Try this one, I hope you find it helpful.

You can always google for some more if that one doesn't fit you.

I rate it a 6/10. It's kind of cluttered. It doesn't really blend on the top layer.
