When I first looked at it I thought it was a plain white background until i looked better Big Grin
It's good Big Grin I give it 7/10
I think you havn't been doing graphics for too long so keep doing more and you'll improve Big Grin
I would put more into the sig though, the left side is pretty plain without the text.
