I have both, but I prefer to use Paypal because it is used a lot more than Alertpay. Alertpay is better for getting verified because all you need to do is get a text message and type in the code that you received on the verification page.

I have used paypal for most of my online purchases it is integrated within most, if not all shopping websites and offers great customer support and security.

If you use paypal for legit things you won't have a problem but when you start touching crap you shouldn't be touching they have a crap fest.
