Drawing Pictures

Next time you are feeling extreme emotion, try drawing a picture. It doesn't have to be a well drawn, but it will help you calm down. It will also give you time to think about the situation.

I've tried this and it actually does help, great advice.

just go on paint and start drawing however you feel. Look up Jackson Polluk (sp?) and look at his work.

This is actually a very good technique.
And if you can't draw worth a crap, (like me) make something on photoshop

Personally the worst thing I can think of doing is drawing. However I will not shut this idea out so I will try and do this next time I am angry. Thank you.
