Wow!
I tried one out.
It has EVERYTHING.
Multi Touch.
Two Cameras.
Portable, but eye pleasing.
Wifi.
3G.
My friend bought one, but I think it's a little expenseice right now. 250$.
I also noticed the controls are sweet.
It doesn't really sell a concept, but it sells enough.
They packaged everything one could want into a "HAVE IT ALL" package.
My friend says it's really worth the money, but imo why not wait a little longer till the price drops right?

In my opinion it's just a cheaper version of the Sony Xperia Play, I own an Xperia play and what you just describe is all in the phone.
I don't see Sony stepping up their game into make consoles with new unique features, I just feel as they kept doing the same thing with every PSP , its exactly like how the DS console history is, it went from Regular, to New design, then it was practically the same.
Now I can't say I don't like it as I don't own one, but I did check it out, and seems exactly like the phone.

The sales don't seem so hot because people are waiting to see if it will be a flop like the PSP Go. It doesn't seem like it... far from it.

Haven't messed with one yet but it does look pretty sweet.
Probably will get it once the 3G version costs $200.
