Smudge Settings

Im looking for some smudge settings and i have one in particular ive seen but i cant seem to remember them, i remember somone from HF used them for a grunge look and they used a chalk brush or something like that. Does anyone know what im talking about? If not can anyone suggest any good smudge settings?

I got an account with a good amount oh posts there haha just havent been there in awhile. Thanks for the share the first one was just what i was looking for
