In the town of Thornall, a young boy called Samm slowly creeps in to his local pub in an attempt to not get caught, he manages to sit down. His eyes meet with a stranger across the room, it's a girl, he looks away embarassed of all confrontation, she just stares. Suddenly she abruptly stands a walks over and sits down on his table, it remains silent. Samm glanced up as slowly as possible trying not to make any jagged movements. Once focused on this mysterious figure he see's the cloak covering her entire body including the face, the crisp collar folds up around the hood, he has never seen anything like this, without even looking around she pulls down her hood revealing her purple hair and pail skin, she spoke for the first time in a soft voice "You better be ready Samm"...
Astonished, Samm stands up, turns & scatters out of the pub as fast as he can, frightened, he runs as far as his small, scrawny legs will take him. Eventually, he gets out of breath. He sits down on a curb with his head inbetween his legs, gasping for air. Slowly, Samm looks around him. He hears a loud "CRASH!" in the bins behind him. Samm stands up. He walks down into the alley, whispering "Hello? Is anyone there?". Samm continues to wander down the alley. His breathing speeds up. He begins to sweat a very cold, cold sweat. Samm realises, it must have just been a cat, he turns on his heels and all of a sudden the same, pale skinned face meets his face. Face to face, in an alley. Samm cannot run, he cannot hide...
