im practising the sport freerunning/parkour for almost 3 years now and im getting better and better. for the people who dont know what freerunning/parkour is.

Free running or freerunning is a form of urban acrobatics in which participants, known as free runners, use the city and rural landscape to perform movements through its structures. It incorporates efficient movements from parkour, adds aesthetic vaults and other acrobatics, such as tricking and street stunts, creating an athletic and aesthetically pleasing way of moving. It is commonly practiced at gymnasiums and in urban areas that are cluttered with obstacles.

what is parkour.

parkour is a type of self defense in marchel arts that is qualified in no catagory and founded by sebastian foucan. It was also part of military training, The idea is to move from point A to point B as fast as possible. Many times one tries to remain in a straight path, jumping/diving over any obstacle in one's path.
the father of David Belle, (Parkour's founder), states that Parkour is the art of moving through your environment as swiftly and effectively as possible using only the human body. More widely known Parkour is defined as the discipline of developing the physical and mental capacity of the human being while through training to overcome obstacles.
There are many different techniques and philosophies involved. For example, some "traceurs/traceuses" simply move as quickly and efficiently as possible, while others focus on acrobatic skills and "tricks." It is a physically demanding sport, and often dangerous for the untrained.

well i think u know what freerunning is now. im teaching people from 7/18 years old how to freerun and im realy enjoying it. and ofcourse i practice myself every Tuesday. these are 2 videos i made with some friends of me.
