No.. This technique is common sense, and doesn't need a tutorial to explain how to do it. It's probably one of the most basic, straightforward things you can do.

Don't take what I say so literally...

Well I'm on a MAC and all I do is "command" + t and i can resize/rotate it. Thanks anyways.
