I'm 15 and I weigh 90 pounds and I'm like 5'1'' and I'm completely healthy.

But I'm 5'10 and about 115. Sad

The only suggestion I can give you is, NEVER EVER eat fat things to gain weight!
It damages your health! Smile

At the moment your body is still growing, you may find attempts to put on weight now, will cause you problems in the future.
I was very skinny until the age of 22, before then i could eat anything (and i got into the habit of doing just that) then after 22 I put alot of weight on. More than i wanted.
So let your body finish growing, before you attempt any weight gain programs.

I totally agree with this. When you are teenagers, you shouldn't worry about your body as much. Still think bout it, and stay healthy, just don't try to make drastic changes.

That is the advice you should follow.

Oh look who it is.. Victoire

Even weight lifting can have negative effects on your body. Just so you know though, muscle weighs more than fat, so if you have more muscle, you will have more weight.

Go to KFC and buy a few buckets of chicken. Gorge out.

I would say to eat a lot, but it really depends. If you and your weight is healthy, there is no need to change.
