You just contradicted yourself?
Why would they make windows like linux? It's windows! Microsoft's main market is made up of the "flum dumbs" your talking about! If they were to become like linux, they would loose a shitload of their sales.

Hopefully windows 8 will be something no man has seen before. It must be amazing for people to actually give the OS props.

May I have your source? Since I doubt the next windows will be called Windows 8, that would just be awkward.

RE: Windows 8 in Development. - awes0me - 04-05-2010

I can't wait to get windows 7.
My comp sucks to much at the moment.
Yeah, I would use a 32 bit computer , if i had to Tongue
But i mean windows 8 is probably going to be awesome?

Not exactly sure what the source was, but I quoted windows8news... so maybe that was the website. A quick Google search will find many different articles. I don't think the OS has an official name yet. I think Windows 8 is just being used by people to identify it easily (Like COD:MW2 being called COD6 a lot).

I HIGHLY doubt that Windows 8 will be developed, especially not as soon as 2012.

128-bit? I don't think that's gonna happen in 2012.

Heres a few rumors:

Why the fudge should we buy their OS for 100$ when they make a new one every year?

RE: Windows 8 in Development. - Av917 - 04-05-2010

it will be the same thing and yet it will be the next big thing

Well, if it is true, think about it.

They improve it every time, and $100 isn't that bad every year.
Microsoft OS's are released every four years, just like presidents. :O
