remember those dansoft or whatever signature images?
Those do not steal IP addresses, they simply "reflect" them, it's sort of like a practical joke, it makes people think that others can see their IP address.

This is not something that can really be prevented though and fortunately it does not pose a huge risk.

Ah..There is no need for CSS....as it will only increase more database size.Yes,the use of HTML can be done to increase the quality of the posts.
