I listen to music even when the action is really intense already. It kind of soothes my nerves.

If the game gets really intense I get pretty pissy so I turn the music off so I don't rage too much when someone shoots at me and eventually kills me and I don't know where he is. If you get what I'm saying.
Yes. I understand. But when I play a game, I always bear in mind that it is just a game. Though I get pissed, I control it. Lol.
When I was playing MW2 i just open steam overlay and stream some online music. Or I have the stereo on.
