Nope, the 2000's are fully downgradable, regardless of the firmware, so are the 1000's.

I prefer PSP 3000, looks pretty good.

I voted PSP 3000 because it's better ( only my opinion ) ;)

PSP Go may be new but it does not use the old discs which was very upsetting. I was always planning on getting the PSP Go but never decided yet. I think I might not.

Ok, I have purchased a Psp 3000 and if could still vote to see which one is better that will be good becuase I gave refund and still get a psp go.

Get a PSP 3000 it is much better than PSP Go.

PsP Go is underdeveloped, it lacks alot of features, and is overpriced for what it's worth. I'd go PsP 3000.
