Go with a PSP 3000, it sounds cooler and is cheaper.

I do play pirated games in my PC but I am not sure like if I play pirated games in PSP 3000 I might get caught. I am too scared :O

Yes, there is a chance you can get caught. This is because if you happen to have modded the PSP 3000, then you update it, you will ruin it as Sony will 'brick' it, which makes it permanently unusable.
If you can get 2000 - get it. If not get 3000.
