Sure, getting older has its perks. But don't wish it to go faster. Just go nuts. When you get to 18 you'll probably look back and think "fudge I wish I was still 14" (you won't at 18 but maybe a little older). Theres advantages to every age, the younger... the more innocent. Meaning the easier it is to get away with things. Just be happy with what you've got.
From what have understood, you are not as mature as you think you are. (no offence).
You want to be on a sertain level of maturity, but if you ask me, you're just a normal 14 year old kid. No more mature then the any other normal 14 year old kid.

My life just seems so boring. My brothers / parents are always at their minor league games, and I'm usually home alone. I live quite far away from all my friends and such though.
